Pros:Not as expensive as the other ceramic watches you see out there.Mother of pearl face looks GREAT, the picture does not do it justice.Fossil seems to be a solid watch maker so I don't expect problems. It's easy to resize if you have a precision screw driver.Its face is large so it makes a nice visual impact.
Cons: As with all link bands the size might not be perfect. My wife seems to be in-between two sizes.Although the band seems to be solid ceramic, the case has ceramic material only on the top.The sides of the casing are stainless steel.This kind of detracts from the shiny ceramic look but it still looks great.
