(More customer reviews)I received my Toy Watch and was so excited.I immediately took out 3 links so I could wear the watch and also set the date and time.After wearing the watch for about 1 hour I noticed it was not keeping correct time.I reset the time again and experienced the same problem.This continued on for 3 days until I finally gave up. I gathered all of my paperwork together to determine how the Toy Watch company would assist with the issue.When I called their customer service line I was unable to speak with a person and was directed to write e-mail describing my problem, almost two weeks later I have not yet received a reply.I am quite unhappy that my new watch is sitting in the box. I cannot imagine that I am responsible for taking it to a repair store to have it looked at and incurring charges of my own.Toy Watches are not inexpensive and getting assistance should not be this frustrating for their customers.At this time I would not recommend a purchase from Toy Watch.
