(More customer reviews)Caveat Emptor!I purchased this watch thru Amazon from WatchZone.com.I discovered just 4 weeks after purchase one of the pins that attaches the band to the watch body had fallen apart.I contacted WatchZone (the vendor) about getting a replacement pin to attach the band to the watch body.They emailed me back with a phone number for a factory authorized service center.I called the service center and found out that because I purchased the watch thru Amazon, the warranty is void and I must pay to get it repaired!I attempted to contact Luminox only to find out their website does not work--almost like they have disappeared off the web.I will not be purchasing anymore watches thru Amazon to say the least.I certainly will not be purchasing another Luminox.I simply wanted a rugged watch for work.Next time, I will save 80 dollars and buy a Timex.I am sure Timex honors their warranties.
