A lot of other skeleton watches here on Amazon are designer watches that are made in China, not the excellent Swiss craftsmanship that you get with this watch.
This is a mechanical watch, which means it is nowhere near as accurate as a quartz watch. Mine gains a few minutes every month, but that's OK... you're not buying this watch for the accuracy, you're buying it for the nostalgia and aesthetics, and it is a beautiful watch indeed.
One con: the stainless steel bracelet is very prone to scuff marks, I got scratch marks on mine just after a few days of use, but I heard that you can take it to any jeweler to have it polished.
