(More customer reviews)I looked at a number of automatic [that is, self winding] skeleton [that is, watches where you can see the movement through the face] watches before selecting this one and I'm very happy with it.
I wanted to note a couple of features that I really like but which aren't obvious.First, the back of the watch is clear crystal and you can see the movement and the self-winding pendulum.Second, the watch is large but looks good on my average size wrist. Finally, the stem of the watch is protected by a subtle metal bracket and I REALLY like that feature.I have a watch with an unprotected stem, and just putting on or taking off a leather jacket can pull the stem out, which makes the watch stop. When I don't notice that for a couple of hours, it's really annoying. So I really like it that THIS watch has a bracket that does a good job of protecting the stem from unwanted pulling or turning.
One more thing. You can easily see how wound-up the watch is by looking through the case at the spring (at the 12 o'clock position). That's fun.
I like the hip, fashionable design, I like seeing the movement, and the watch keeps accurate time. It's just what I was looking for.Enjoy.
