They will send you a watch which is not functional and when you ask for replacement will deny it saying once box is open it cannot be replaced and now you need to contact fossils for any further issues.I suppose any item which is shipped defective, its the retailer responsibility to replace it...in my case it was not so... I think i will consider 100$ i spent on this watch as a charity towards MR WATCH But others please dont get carrried away by their offer. They will ship a defective watche and then deny replacing it
