(More customer reviews)Dec. 2009 I purchased a Swiss Legend GMT watch to use on a trip out of the country. In Feb. 2010 the watch stopped running. I had to purchase another watch for the trip and sent the watch in for warranty. In March 2010 the watch came back running but losing 10 minutes in a 24 hr. period. I contacted customer service and sent the watch back at Swiss Legend's expense. The watch was returned to mein Apr. 2010 working fine. In June the clasp fell off the band rendering the watch useless. I could have returned the watch again at my expense, but would have more tied up in it than it is worth for a product that has a record of failure. I was able to patch the band together on my own. I can not recommend a product that fail that often I did give two stars because they do try to warranty the product. I have bought dozens of products from Amazon and this is my first complaint.
