It's very easy to adjust the band and using a eye glass kit flat head screw driver, and to adjust the time, un-screw the crown protecter and pull the crown out it may be a little stiff at first but that's ok just make sure you have strong fingers. Alsothis watch came with a 5 year warranty from Invicta but you must register your watch on-line within the time frame of purchase, last this watch was almost $100.00 cheaper than other on-line webs sites.
